These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sin City Rental website and services. By accessing or booking through this Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

By using this website or booking a rental, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings require valid payment at the time of reservation.
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
• You agree that all information you provide during checkout is accurate and authorized.

3. Rental Requirements

• Renter must present a valid driver’s license at time of pickup.
• Insurance documentation may be required prior to release of any vehicle.
• You must comply with all local, state, and federal laws while operating the rented vehicle.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental to be eligible for a refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for any refund.
• Full cancellation/refund terms can be found in our Refund Policy.

5. Use of Site

You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including attempting to interfere with the functionality, security, or content of the Site.

6. Liability

Sin City Rental is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of this Site, including but not limited to booking issues, payment disputes, or vehicle use.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any legal action related to these Terms must be filed in Clark County, Nevada.
