At Sin City Rental, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before completing your reservation.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup may not be eligible for a refund.
- No-Shows: If you do not show up for your rental without prior notice, the full amount paid is non-refundable.
2. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
- We do not issue refunds for rentals returned early, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- If the vehicle is not available due to our error or unforeseen issues, we will issue a full refund or offer a comparable substitute.
3. Modifications
To modify your reservation, please contact us at support@sccrlasvegas.com as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to vehicle availability.
