Merchant Booking Policy

This Merchant Booking Policy outlines the terms under which Sin City Rental provides its rental services.

1. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Present a valid driver’s license
• Provide proof of active auto insurance (if requested)
• Use a valid credit or debit card for payment

We reserve the right to deny a booking if these conditions are not met.

2. Payment Terms

• All reservations require payment at the time of booking.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Additional fees (e.g., for cleaning, late return, or damages) may be charged post-rental.

3. Pickup & Drop-Off

• Vehicles must be picked up and dropped off at the designated location unless otherwise arranged in writing.
• Late returns may incur additional charges.
• A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed for returns before a late fee applies.

4. Vehicle Condition

• All vehicles are provided clean and in excellent mechanical condition.
• Customers are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition (excluding normal use).
• Damage, smoking, or excessive mess may result in additional charges.

5. Responsibility

• The renter is solely responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.
• Use of the vehicle for illegal activity, street racing, or off-roading is strictly prohibited and will void the rental agreement.
